I came up with some stuff, while testing my latest fighter design.
1.Fire, mechanical failure: I want a sort of emergency in the game, so I'd say a fire. also an engine overheat, like ksp. the fire would slowly eat away at nearby parts. mechanical failure only happen to prop engines, which then requires a manual restart.
engines start/extinguish fire panel: simple. however many engines you have, are how many start up buttons, and fire extinguish buttons.

multi-input rotator/control surface: simple. a little input add button to every rotator and control surface and some other stuff.
folding, dovetail option: very very simple. an option for all the wings to fold up, or is a multi-rotating dovetail fin.
In-game rank: will show total amount of flight hours in a little rank panel. it will also show the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th bar.
Yes we need multi input rotations can you say elivons!
tbh i want to have the option to turn the fire and failures on and off. because it would be VERY annoying if im just flying around
@Prymz i agree with the gut i just mentioned. but there are quite a few planes with upwards of 100 jet engines. so instead of a multi engine thing it could be a left and right engine activator and maybe one for the middle too.
i love the idea but not in sandbox i think there should be a sort of campaign where this happens for more realistic gaming, like a hardcore mode
It should have a carbuerator engine so that if you make a spitfire you cant nose down.
