@FlavoredToothpicks You say that the rules are inconsistent and yet you only give one example. One which has not only been explained multiple times, but more often than not, the end user asks a moderator if they can post it. For the example you gave, end users were allowed to post such builds on the premise that they were replicas of existing aircraft. If you do find an inconsistency, tag a moderator and we'll either explain the situation to you or rectify the issue depending on the circumstances.
.
The site rules are not "arbitrary" as you claim. Again, I've said this numerous times: decisions are often run through the Moderator chat before a final verdict is given. If inconsistencies are found, they are brought up there and rectified. The idea that these decisions are based on a whim is nothing short of incorrect.
.
You took part in the spam, it doesn't matter if you started it. If you saw one of your friends act violently, I'd like to think you wouldn't join in, so why should this be any different?
.
And I'd also like to think that in a court room, you'd act with respect towards moderators and not mock their decision in a non-constructive manner.
.
If you don't like the way the site is run here, then don't participate at all. But the fact of the matter is that the vast majority of people here like how the site is run and if that isn't the case, we certainly haven't been made aware of it. I've never been told about any issues regarding the Mod team and if I did, it was after their account got banned, thus likely retaliation.
.
As for circumventing the ban, you can wait it out. 24 hours isn't a long time and for the sake of consistency, I'll ban the account you've just used too.
