if you are asking what the settings of the gyroscope do
speed is how fast the gyroscope corrects, if you set this too much you might wobble because the gyroscope is over correcting

stability is how stable the gyroscope is, set this high

Look at my New York. It has a line of Float Blocks and Angled Blockes to 1) Keep it swift. 2) Keep it balanced. The effect will be bigger on my soon-to-be-posted USS Midway. The bigger the ship, the more layers needed, and the longer the angled block should be until you’re practically using fuselage blocks that are 10 long.

Make outriggers, which are parts of hull plating that stick out from the side underwater.

@CruzerBlade I wanted to make a boat like a battleship. It sits in the water perfectly fine until you try to steer. Ive tried thrusters, wings, rotaters. I have a perfect hull yet it just wont turn.
