For my past five or six creations I made thingsnthat would appeal to the SP community such as my helecopters, my assortment of rockets, and most recently, my F1 concept racer. Yet when I look at their progress like 12 hours later I don't even have comments anymore. I'm not begging for attention or for points, I just want to know what I am doing wrong im my creations, or what the community likes rn.

Yeah I'm if the you do you opinion on this. Trying to reach gold or such for the sake of it is stupid. But if you were after that then memes get lots of votes I've noticed. I say build what you like and let the work speak for itself... But nobody really listens to me. I was featured a bronze though, so these things do happen.
I don’t care what the community wants anymore. I make stuff that I like and therefore it gets finished to a higher quality. But no, that doesn’t give you more attention and points lol
First off, you've only been on the site for 29 days. Nobody knows you yet.
I'm platinum and I've been on the site for 2 years now and I still post things that only get up vote totals Worthy of a gold player.
Try building some planes, tells and cars might not suit everyone. Barring that just enjoy building and strive to make every build better than the last.

Many people are on vacation. I see that during the school times, is when there is more activity. After a long day of school, I like to come home and check the SP website. Plenty of people probably do this. It's time be able to forget about school for a bit.
Make teaser posts that showcase your upcoming builds. Say something like: “Comment T to be tagged”. Then when you tag that interested person on your build, they’ll check it out and most of the time upvote it.
Nothing, that's just how it works. When you make a hit build, you will receive the attention back. My golden days are over as well. Many plat players, like Aviown, make so many great builds that they became tasteless to the community, so they get much less attention than if a new player made it.
