Helicopters have the lowest stall speed, I mean you said “aircraft” not airplane!

Why do I see that you have a new plane in the jet stream but when I click on it I can’t find it?

MAYBE? This might be it, only has a top speed of 18 mph, it's human powered

I think jamesPLANESii is right in this one, you can’t beat 10 MPH @EternalDarkness

If we eliminate all VTOLs, lighter-than-air craft, and other "cheaters", my bet is on Dornier Do-29. It was a partial tiltrotor STOL aircraft with minimal controllable speed of just 24km/h.

Would that count as a fixed wing lifting body aircraft? Because I read SOMWHERE that a Chanel wing doesn’t count.. Still cool though @jamesPLANESii

Gossamer Albatross, it's a slowest plane ever made (but the plane is powered by humans not machines). If you want the slowest plane that use engine the plane is Helio Courier

If you were to fly a plane into a hurricane (don't try this at home), wouldn't the winds be strong enough to give the aircraft lift, without the aircraft actually moving?
