Low CoM doesn’t cause low stability. In fact, it causes the opposite.

Wiggly handling means either CoM is too far forward, wingload is too high, or the pitch control surfaces are too big. (Just to sort that out)

The scaled cockpit may be one of the reasons why the plane autorolls

Take out all the wing pieces and replace them back in, that should remove any funny connections. Check drag, check wing area, check COM to COL

Btw the wings are shrinked...
