SR2 released on steam, now hows about that SP 1.8?

So Simple Rockets 2 was just released on Steam and Simple Planes update 1.8 has yet to make an appearance. What's up with that, are we going to wait for the release of Simple Rockets 2 on IOS and Android in 2019 or is it going to be released befor the debute of SR2 for IOS and ANDROID? This has been a long awaited update with many questions and concerns as of the content that it will bring to simpleplanes and whether or not the current bugs in the game will be fixed or if they will get worse such as the hitbox in the designer after the latest 1.7 update the hitbox seems to be more "touchy" so to speak, where objects will seemingly stick together from long distances. For example, there's an aircraft that I've been working on for a couple months now and the reason its been so long is because parts will randomly stick to other parts that are on the complete opposite side of the aircraft and in no way shape or form intersect or come close to coming in contact with each other or when you're building something that's compacted the pieces will stick to other pieces causing major disruptions or malfunctions of the build, like the Dynamic landing gear that I'm building for my newest project; the struts and cross bars that hold it together tend to get stuck to each other even though they are not connected and not close enough to connect, i've attached each part independently with no mods involved and stll faced the same problem. Could this be a side effect of the new fine tuning menu in the game, or the new damage and flight physics. I did a test building a simple aircraft with dynamic parts such as custom wings, landing gears and airbrakes using both the fine tuner mod and the in-game fine tuner, just about the only conclusion I got was possibly just a bug with the pieces and they're connecting points because they both had identical tests results with the same problems but different parts in different places usually being fuselage blocks that reside in the same sector of the craft. But then other parts would do the same, as well as deeming other parts null and void by causing them to become etheral for lack of a better word, the part would still be there and preform its basic functions if it has any. Like a hinge rotator it would still move; but independantly instead of with what ever its connected to. Or it would connect and function with the craft but the base wont stay connected even thoug the part would indicate that its connected on both ends (i use a simple mod that i made in an hour that shows the connection points of the parts and they glow green if securly connected.) but when i load it into the game it just goes limp. But enough of that topic, im most curious of the current progress of the next update and its releas. If some would like to shed a little light on this subject it would be much obliged

The devs said they will work on 1.8 end of this year and next year I think.

Also Jundroo has a very small dev team of just 5 people, so they can’t work on two games at once... unless you want SR2 released on iOS and Android even later in the future...

SR2 is only in early access, which means it isn’t fully out yet.

They also need updates for sr2 for that game to be successful and so that they can earn some $$$ 1.8 will come eventually.
