I’ve always been into planes, especially British Planes. As WW2 is my favourite era, I started doing the classics. I’ve done a Hawker Hurricane, de Havilland Mosquito and the Bristol Buefort. I’ve looked and found that there’s actually no de Havilland Jet Mousquito! This was a failed attempt for de Havilland, after the Meteor came, they looked for ways to improve their original design of the Mosquito, and some smart kid thought, “Why not slap jets on it!”. So they made the plans, and just when they were about to build it, the war ended. Very few people knew it even existed. Hence it’s not on SP. I shall be the first to attempt it, using my normal Mosquito as a frame, and improving every aspect of it, while slapping a Jet on it. Check out my Mousquito (https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/4rivEn/WORKING-FLAPS-de-Havilland-Mosquito) while I build this, then compare it to the Jet version when it’s done. If you have any tips, comments, anything, please comment. Wish me luck!
