No More Pistons!

With the discovery of a perfect underwater engine, along with a general method of developing 80% functional submarines (missing only the full functions of a ballast), I plan to build all future submarines in the way I modified my Gotland. Fully submersible and fully maneuverable underwater, I'll likely redo my previous builds, and maybe modify some other people's piston diver subs as well!

    @randomusername Electric engines? Interesting, is that what the rotators are considered to be powered by?
