Does anyone know a good way of landing tail dragger planes? With most of the ones I have, when you try to touch the rear wheel down, the plane bounces up. Also, when braking, the plane tips forward.

yes i do stall the plane while you are just a 10 - 30 feet from the ground and pull up
My last biplane was a tail dragger, first one I've made where the brakes didn't cause nose to go down, it's all about control balance, if brakes are too powerful adjust them so the arnt :)
Maintain sufficient speed for a smooth flared landing.
Use a sphere or half sphere at the end, and set the friction to max
