You may chose from: The United States, Great Britain, France, The Netherlands, Norway, Germany, Austria, Italy, The Soviet Union, Poland, Finland, China, and Japan.
If a vehicle was being designed or being built in 1940 it is allowed. Exports are allowed but you must tell me. However this does not include jets.
You’re country MAY have 3 types of fighters, 3 Types of bombers, 1 type of reconasince aircraft, 2 types of sea planes, 3 types of Aircraft Carriers, 3 types of battle ships, 4 types of cruisers, 4 types of destroyers, 2 types of submarines and 1 type of patrol boat, 5 types of tanks and 3 types of Jeeps. You may use creations by other users just give credit. If you’re country does not have aircraft carriers for example then you either get it exported to you or don’t have it at all.
You may chose an Unclaimed country or ask to join a claimed one. Note you may form un realistic alliances.

I made it 1940, that means the P51 (for recon and fighter is useable, since it was made for the British dont ask me for export just put it. How ever I would appreciate if you use my mustang despite being a P51 D@AircoftDesgin
