And the spotlight button is only available on aircraft posts whose user has less points than you. For example, someone with 4000 points will be able to spotlight a post from a user with <4000 points, but not a user with >4000 points.
The wifi symbol in the top right corner allows you to follow a post and be notified when someone comments on it
