My boat always drifts when I try to turn it, it usually happens at 50mph. Currently controlled by a gyroscopes yaw, powered by vtol motors. If you have any more boat tips I would appreciate it.

I would personally just use a rudder connected to a rotator or soemthing
As @Flak99 said, you need a huge vertical stabilizer (keel) near the stern (rear of the ship). Also, use vectored thrust or another huge wing to steer the ship. Gyros give very unrealistic effect.
