WHAT DID THEY DO TO THIS GAME?!

4,407 DepressedTortoise  5.8 years ago

So, like all SP players, I opted for the beta.

After disabling a few nonfunctional mods, I tried

(Sorry for no linky)

And, with all settings at full except for shadows, on a 2013 Dell inspiron With only onboard graphics that pukes it's guts out,

I got 112 FPS on a 1300+ part plane.

Brace yourselves, boys. This is gonna be good.

@AndrewGarrison I have a update question. When the full stable update comes up do you know if the game could still allow for 3400 part builds. Also could I swap back and forth from updated version to old version.

@Spacedoge12345plane Oh yeah. Some of the bigger 1-1 boats run smooth as a Boxer.

Has the FPS in larger builds improved? Also you link by doing [name of link] then (link) remove the then and the spaces between then and delete the spaces

@jamesPLANESii you'd get higher FPS, but it would still look like 60 FPS since your refresh rate can't show any higher

Oh ok. So if you turned that off, what would happen? @Tully2001

My computer seems to be limited to 60 for some reason. It just... never goes higher for some reason... maybe I have a sucky graphics card. I can still run 5000+ part creations though 😏
