In Finder, place the .spmod in:
"User/Library/Containers/com.jundroo.SimplePlanesOSX/Data/Library/Application Support/com.jundroo.SimplePlanesOSX/Mods/"
The first Library folder will be hidden by default, so press "command" "." and "shift" at the same time to show hidden folders.
