I would first off like to thank Aeromen for going above and beyond to help this community, and in some parts his plan is very well thought out and agreeable. However the other parts I would like to talk about in this post.

In my opinion, Aeromens’s plan to help fix the RP community , will not solve the problem of OP kids. Do you honestly think that a 7-11 year old, sitting there with an over-active imagination, and the energy of a thousand suns, is really gonna sit down read his rules, let alone respect it? I think not. The people who would respect it, however, will have their fun and work of building up their already premade statistics, that are already at least mildly or often extremely realistic, soiled and wasted. On top of that, in my experience, making a heavy amount of rules and restrictions will often bog down the experience of games and do away with the original point of the that activity: fun. So instead of crushing everyone under the steel-toed boot of rules, just help the people who feel the need to drop a zillion bombs at any given moment understand that that’s complete overkill, and to be realistic. Help them bring it down to a reasonable level. If they don’t agree, ignore them. Throw them out of the RP canon. Don’t punish the people who also want change.

Although Aeromen has a much better plan in terms of mods and the discord in the RP community, Bman’s and Strike Fighter’s rules were a lot better in most other ways, helping to lay down rules without being overbearing. Things can get a little out of hand in SimplePlanes. The physics are so potato that you can fly a literal potato. People can be toxic, rude, and hypocritical. But this is the best gaming community I’ve ever been part of. Most people are kind and welcoming, supporting newer creators that want to share their newfound talent with the world. That’s why I don’t want these sanctions on what I can and cannot do on the RP forums. Consider this is a vehicle-based game, you have to expect the amount of vehicles someone has excessive. You don’t have to pull the trigger every time someone mentions a gun. So please help me make keep this community fun and free.
