I'm sure everyone has seen the latest post about the beta, I noticed it said (steam today mobile tomorrow), in the title, my question is does this mean the beta will be fully realeased, or will bugs be fixed and addressed? Im confused

What do you mean with "fully released"? This beta is just newer with bugfixes, tweaks and some new features. Also the beta is released on steam, Android should have it soon but IOS will in a couple of Days.
