With the Russians launching ICBM tests over allied airspace, tensions are rising as to the plans of the Russian nuclear arsenal, and why it is being tested on Maywar islands. President Graham has issued a warning to them, and is awaiting a response.
After this incident, the President has ordered all available forces to mobilize and be ready to scramble any and all forces in the case that war breaks out.
President Graham has also ordered that production of fighter aircraft be increased by 3x, to fit a possible conflict in the near future.
Naval assets will also begin modernization.
All members of the Mojave Pact are advised to mobilize.
