Also it depends on if you want to build a replica or a imaginative car ... I am of the Imaginative car type.
Do you want to build a car with working suspension? Start with that.
If you want to just build a body and then stick wheels on it ... that is an option also.

Its normally good to start with where u want the wheels then go from there
