Three years ago I made a promise...

It was a promise to none other than the great Tully2001...(although they weren't a moderator back then and still talked to me)
It started with nothing more than a..a...post:
GIANT MINIGUN!

It may not look like much..but at the very end of the post was a challenge:

I of course being a young, naive(but handsome), whippersnapper(who was very handsome) I decided to respond..(but in a handsome way)

To quote myself:

Uhh...this is gonna take all day to make fly...can I get 100upvotes instead?

I then got up went to the kitchen and made myself a peanut butter and jelly sandwich(chunky peanut butter ofc) ate that and went and had a nap in my PJ's..BUT THAT ISgvftvs BESIDE THE POINT!..!!?
Today is the day I fulfill that promise, today is the day I make that beautiful bastard of a NotSoMinigun fly!

All day? BAH!
BAH I say! Try three hard long years, but it is finally here!
Yes it can fly, yes it can shoot! YES IT CAN...well it doesn't really do anything else...BUT IT IS HERE!
