I finally found that darn flying dutchman! Turns out you just take-off from Wright Airport and after flying over the end of the runway, just turn to a heading of 245°. It depends on your aircraft's speed, but if you fly at around 1,900 - 2,500 MPH in that direction, after about a minute you'll receive that strange message. Then look to your right, and you'll see a sp00ky b0i zooming around the high seas and firing guided cannon balls at you!

@Typhoon03 if it locks on you use a fast aircraft like the one I used to stop locks with an infinite amount of counter measures like my zgmf-x20a strike freedom I’m about to use to stop any lock on

Thanks! The plane is a rough proof-of-concept SSTO space-plane that I will be making in both SP and SR2. It uses both rocket engines and turboramjet air-breathing engines, and both hypothetically use the same fuel (some blend of RP-1 and JET A I guess since both fuels are basically kerosene).
