Formula 1 race day in Italy, on the previous friday Barrichello crashed hardly and survived with a broken arm, and next day Ronald Ratzenberger died in a crash in the qualificatory the day before the race. Ayrton Senna was trying to suspend the race, as in Barrichelo's crash people got injured because they got hit by car debris and Ratzenberger died the day before.
Anyways the race didn't got suspended and right at the start, a car crashed, and then, at lap 2, it happens, Senna goes out of the road, and crashes right into a wall at 136 mph (220 km/h) making the steering wheel hit Senna's head without killing him, and a part of the shattered front of the car hits Senna's helmet, perforating it and killing him.
@ChiyomiAnzai I know, and this happened 12 years before I was even born.
Thinking about this crash makes me sad
