I'd like to start by saying that this was one of the funnest, most interesting, and THE most difficult to judge contest I've run to date. It took a long time for me to flight test each and every entry, and run the times on the race course. In the end, I test 49 separate planes, and though many were disqualified (unfortunately) there were many very interesting and well designed aircraft in this competition.

Before I list the winners and the leader board, I'd like to reiterate the rules for those who may have questions about their disqualification status:

Objective: Build a race plane to compete on the oceanview race course.

Rules:
1) Plane must be able to take off and land (I may not have been clear on this, but that means no damage to the plane on take-off or landing)
2) Plane must be able to complete a lap on the oceanview race course.
3) Planes must be prop powered and can have a maximum of two engines. No other supplemental power may exist on the aircraft (such as hidden jet engines. 4) You may NOT use modded engines of any kind.
