Here's one more teaser of my upcoming very U-2 inspired spy plane, I'm in the final stages of polish so I thought I'd share!
If there's anything you think I should change feel free to tell me!
This is an entry to freedompilots livery challenge but I may have changed too much at this point lol
Wing's are complete with custom control surfaces
Custom landing gear that retracts into compartments, includes two detachable gear, one for each wing.
Landing gear is somewhat of a cross between the U-2 and a Harrier Jet
One primary set of wheels is to take the brunt of the impact, the other's serve to keep the plane upright, this is set up in a quad configuration.
Fully custom cockpit with working dials and controls, based off of the one from the U-2 and modified slightly to be retrofitted inside of this aeroplane.
The cockpit is the one I've previously shown off and is available for download here (to those interested)
Fun fact: The US actually conducted carrier trials with 3 modified U-2's from the USS America & USS Ranger. They even conducted at least 1 official recon mission in 1964, which had them launch a U-2 from a carrier, the USS Ranger, to spy on a French nuclear test in the Pacific.

@freedompilot98 thank you man! If all these edits do end up going too far to qualify as a livery change I can link to a less modified one in the final post
@Nerfenthusiast Its not the final build but here's a teaser!
