[SPRP] Philos space agency has launch 50 rockets in space.

The Philos space agency has launched 50 rockets to deliver 50 payloads carrying an enormous amount of of metal garbages.
It was believed that there in fact 60,000 worth of light metal fragments and 40,000 laptop size metal fragments..

They will be orbited on low earth orbit..

The fragments are enclosed in the cylinders
