I’m building a massive cargo aircraft and the wings continue to flap upwards and downwards how can I stop it.
Just use structural wings to make up most of the proposed wings. Only use wings with control surfaces where there's a control surface to be applied.

In the XML, change every instance of "Wing-1" or "Wing-3" to "Wing-2". EDIT: I'll do it for you if you want, upload as unlisted and I'll check it out
