When I undo something, it does it twice.

When I load the game, it freezes and I have to restart.
And that is why you save after major progress.... but before saving ALWAYS check that everything is working. Also I think that bug is only on mobile (If I remember correctly.)
This is a really old bug. Even the redo breaks. It doesn't allow to redo
Once I was building, then I undid, and it undid about 20 steps and I couldn’t redo lol.
True, but not all the time. Sometimes I do an extra thing expecting it to double undo, and then it only undoes once.
