The “Druggie” is a citizen of halcyon and apparently is from a costal town called Cape ██████ in Relaria, he is 26 year old Native Relarian male, he was examined and had a tattoo related to some kind of gang, the symbol was an inverted Relarian star and a halcyon flag with red instead of blue as the background color, and an adress that said 65432 James street, this is located in pak pang and an investigation is necessary.
