Hello again, it's me, the guy who really likes the P.007
Today, I bring forth an upgrade to the P.007a-50m (Urban), with a wholly rebuilt turret and the addition of the upgraded P.007c chassis, the P.007c-50m (Urban)
I know, I know, it's only a single digit change, but a closer inspection reveals a whole number of major improvements!
The first is the turret! A completly custom built turret mounting an integrated ATGM launcher and newly developed Rh-50a 50mm autocannon on a wider turret ring;
And yes, the ATGM port expands out the side of the turret with the spaced armor, capable of retracting inside the turret for possible reloading by the loader.
The next picture is a clickable link that demonstrates the turret;
While the ATGM system poses a risk of internal detonation if hit by an enemy shell, it's hoped that the armor that encompasses the entire ATGM pod inside the turret can withstand the initial blast.
Regardless, the new Rh-50a Urban Turret boasts just as many defensive systems like the Rh-128b Turret fitted on the P.007c(U)-128m; a mixture of composite spaced armor and ERA on the front and sides of the turret, a smoke launcher implemented into the turret cheeks that block IR and Heat seeking ATGMs, escape hatches for all the crew, and a massive blowout panel on the roof if the ammo stowage gets hit from an enemy shell or missile.
Not to mention, the turret is built onto the P.007c hull, meaning the protection, amphibious abilities, and maneuverability the P.007c(U)-128m recieves, the P.007c-50m (Urban) also receives.
Hopefully, by the beginning of August the new P.007c (Urban) will replace the older P.007a (Urban), allowing them for sale.
Thanks
