so i love making craft in this game. i make alot of cars, trucks, and land vehicles. i had a few ideas on how a multiple geared engine could work (settings wise).
there wouldn't be a separate prop in game for it, just a setting in the car engines settings. you could switch between say "single" and "multiple". kinda like this.
gear type: single
or
gear type: multiple

i'm not sure how difficult it would be to implicate this into the game. a few other ideas regarding the engine. "single" gear type would be the exact same as the current car engine prop. "multiple" gear type would have a few different settings. the amount of gears. maybe a variety from 3-8? just for an example. maybe more rounded numbers like 2-10 would be put ingame.
the length(?) of gears could be variable too. like a slider from one number up to another. a separate slider for each gear maybe. likely the "multiple" gear type would be automatic. oh yeah! another variable could be shifting time. how long it takes to switch gear.

once again, i'm not sure how difficult this would be, and what i have thought up here is not exactly a full idea of what it would be like ingame. this was just an idea that i and i'm sure others would like to see. either way, i absolutely love this game and can't wait to see where it goes!
