SMC Industries is offering an "interdiction package" to RP nations. The package includes five FP-2B 'Whale' aircraft, spares for twenty years and training for pilots and ground crew.

The FP-2B 'Whale' is an attack biplane, which, although seemingly obsolete, is known as the best night-attack aircraft ever operated by the Saltwater Air Force. It is fitted with modern avionics and is equipped with a nuclear cannon, conventional cannon, four 250 pound bombs and two air-to-ground missiles. It flies so low and slow that any enemy aircraft will stall and crash, whilst you safely cruise along at 40 feet and 130 mph.

The interdiction package will cost $7 million as standard. For an extra $5 million we can add another five aircraft to the package and for an extra $2 million we will add missile packs, which carry 10 missiles over the wings.
