The Halcyon Overseas Military have moved troops in the industrial estate of Warburg. The H.O.M have established a sort of front for Eternistan to move troops into incase of war, the troops will remain there until the negotiations have ended. The Halcyon Government is also taking advantage of the situation by taking the economic output of the factories in the industrial estate.

Warburg will relocate to 569 miles SSE of Midway Island. That is my final decision. According to the map, the Midway atoll is untaken. The Warburg Archipelago is 438 miles across E-W and about 286 miles across N-S. Warburg shouldn't pose a threat if it's located there.

@TheFantasticTyphoon AND, with basically the seas under my juridiction, there are no international shipments allowed in my territorial waters if the source is not verified by the Navy and/or Naval Aviation. So basically your shipment is delayed outside my water. Except you're going daredevil and smuggle them which automatically calls in all Coastal Patrol Assets into the sector including Maritime Bombers, Attack Helicopters, Missile Frigates, Destroyers and Anti-Maritime Aircrafts
