Arcteria was just gassed by the NKR, killing all but a few civilians. Ony around a 100 of the 8,000 citizens survived, me included. Massive cyberattacks have taken place, and the AI that assisted civilians is now going insane. The majority of the Devastator attack planes and 100 Decimator missiles are being sent in a massive assault on the NKR. Assistance from Halcyon, Serest, Simplelandia, and all other allies of Arcteria is requested.
