Can you guys tinker with blocks being able to be altered from all sides? I think this would help with making more uneque planes. Right now I am working on a plane that has a very nice design. I've tried my best to use angled blocks to build it, but it never works. I think it would be very helpful to make bolcks able to be altered from all sides, not just for me, but for everyone else. Thanks for everything.
Oh :\
@Ilovesthecheeses the gear button is a toggle button. It is saying that your gear is down, then you tap it and it is saying your gear is up
@TheLatentImage I'm on iOS only, and the XML struggle is real. Probably not for engine power, but simple rotation, size, and coordinate value editors built into the game would be invaluable to me
@spikeria they mixed up da words like gear up it lowers gear down gear retracts
@dsr1aviation yessir, I agree with you.
I do xml mod, not the best but im getting there. But for begginers and those using ios it would be very helpful :)@TheLatentImage
@dsr1aviation xml modding isn't that difficult. There's a little bit of a learning curve, but with a little bit of patience and a text editor it's totally doable. But I agree, I think something like that would be beneficial to everyone.
I think that kind of menu is great for those who dont know how to xml mod@TheLatentImage @AeroEngineering
@TheLatentImage agreed. An automatic xml etifor built into the game
@Ilovesthecheeses they already do retract...
And landing gear up landing gear should retract but nooooo
Really we need to be able to type in our own values and forgo the majority of xml modification. Sure, we can click through the presets. But a drop down box that allows us to alter the value on the fly would be invaluable.
@Aviation I agree, I would also love to be able to rotate things on different axes and see the exact degree im rotating it by!
Totally agree with you! It'd also be pretty neat if we were given a more robust rotations menu, with more precise translations, and wonderful things such as what you suggested flushing out the settings interface.
