Well, @0n33 you can expect any foreign planes sent over/through Warburg airspace to be shot down. The CIWS systems around the surrounding islands automatically lock and fire unless the aircraft has a specific IFF frequency.
Apparently @ChiyomoAnzai already had it... tried talking but NOOO. She just HAD to have Cuba beforehand.
