Ok. So my brother bought two games on steam, transport fever and software inc both two games I wanted, both were on sale at the time. So he played transport fever and refunded it without letting me try it of course I was mad but it only gets worse, then a few days later we played software inc and it was more boring than I thought, so now Transport fever is no longer on sale and I can’t buy it, and he kept software inc.

So what do I do? I don’t own the account
