Idk why, but some have an issue of SP being on mobile. Yeah, we cant build crazy 1,000 part projects and some of us (well, all of us soon) can't use mods, but why do you have a problem if we play on mobile? Some don't have computers and thus we can only play SP on a mobile device.
I have the computer version, but I hardly use it because I like building mobile more (and partially because its a family computer).
Im not saying everyone, PC players hate mobile, but I'm kinda lost as to why some player don't like, and in some cases, recent SP on mobile. Idk, this is just question and its very small number of players that I can tell dont like mobile, but as a mobile player, I'm kinda curious.
Instead of looking down at iOS users, I sometimes feel bad and am more impressed buy advanced builds due to the difficulty of creating with iOS.
I know @Strucker
Using iOs makes me know that’s fine. Literally there’s nothing wrong with mobile. (Apart from having 2 less islands)
I still don’t understand why people argue over which OS they use. It’s so stupid it’s not even funny.
@BlackhattAircraft
@BlackhattAircraft so what? I've made my statement about why i preferred the PC version over mobile ones.
.
I like how you're saying all about how it's not about preference, but PC players hating on mobile users when you literally talked about preferences literally few comments below.
@exosuit Its not about why people mostly hate the mobile addition, its not about preference. Its about a minority of players that really dont like mobile and actually want it to be removed, stop being updated, or just dont like the the game is mobile in general. Everyone has there preferences, but some people have there preference and really don't like the other options. Exaple, people who have PC, but openly say mobile sucks and is not worth the effort.
@BlackhattAircraft you're telling me that you can't tell why people mostly hate mobile version but telling me that I'm talking off topic

What
I build all my stuff and test it on a laptop but I use the build whilst I’m away from the laptop on my phone for fun e.g. dogfights
For mobile users this is even worse we have to download xml parts save them as subassemblies just to use them
@Dllama4 @Awsomur I agree for the most part, but...
@Nerfenthusiast congrats
im better at flying on ios than Mac but it helps i spent 3.5 years on ios and just got Mac yesterday
Mobile is my preference, and that’s not even what this forums about @exosuit
Building with PC is way faster and more convenient because not only you use the cursor and mouse to manipulate parts, you can directly duplicate the part with right click, convenient Ctrl+M, and the instant nudging
.
Oh did i mention you can open screenshot mode, and that it actually supports mods? Lol
pc and android used to be my buddies, but the Amazon app store will be the best bet soon for sp on android.
Dllama is right.
I'm a mixed player (both mobile and PC), so I don't have any prejudice.
I think that mobile players are looked down upon in any game like Minecraft or stardew valley but the truth is is that if a game is no different on any platform than it’s just really pretentious to look down on us.
I don’t think anyone dislikes mobile. It’s just that people prefer the PC version.
Well, I downloaded simpleplanes, got it into a USB and I can carry it around and open it in most of the computers I have access to
But I'm a mobile user most of the time
@IStoleYourMeme I agree with all of that. The people I'm referring to a minority who just dont like mobile because its mobile
Nothing is wrong with mobile. I myself started as an iOS user. However the years of complaining about “durr screw u devs i wnt mods 4 ios!” and now “waaaa protest agenst rmoving android modzz” gets really tiresome. It’s not worth dealing with such people aside from leaving some silly PC master race meme or similar thing, which might give off that sort of impression. I assume most PC players think similarly, except for one unpleasant guy who you have probably already encountered.
