>>PLANE IS RELEEEAASED FINALLY CLICKY<<
First off can I start by telling you all that...you've been fooled! Believe it or not despite my post saying I was not leaving...I actually did! And have been on holiday ever since! You're all shocked, believe me I know, you must feel so stupid rnight now after being completely unable to see through my tricks.
With that out of the way, some of you could maybe tell that I've been inactive even longer than that..mainly because I've been working on some shit!
Such as:
EA-6b Prowler v2
Making an entirely new prowler to replace my old one, this time to accurate blueprint scale and proportion,
While remaking this it really gave away how off I was with the last one
no back landing gear just yet
(You vs the guy she tells you not to worry about)
( this time I promise not to put a gun on the tail fin....still regretting that mistake lol)
AV-8B Harrier II (NA)
But the main focus and the project I've been working on for the longest time, would be my Av8b Harrier night attack variant:
NOTE: This is still a work in progress, details such as the tail are still not completely finished
It's still somewhat of a WIP but will have a near full recreation of one of its liverys, fully custom landing gear, air brakes, control surfaces + flaps, working ejection seat and an opening and closing canopy
Landing Gear
Canopy
Hovering
First person hud
Of course a replica also needs its weapons..
Custom weapons:
Xml modded to have near identical stats (or as close as I can guess) to their real life counterparts
Mk82 snakeye
- Fitted with retractable high drag fins that deploy after launching to slow the bombs speed*
Aim 9 sidewinder
Fire and forget close range missile with a high top speed
AGM-65D Maverick
high damage air to ground missile
Configurable one-use nitro
A simple system shrunk down into a small capsule, involves smashing a vtol engine with a detacher on a delay, the vtol engine provides thrust to nozzles and the length of the nitro is changed by increasing or decreasing the delay on the detacher.
While it sounds finicky on paper in practice it's very reliable even at high speed.
I've used it for such things as:
This fully automatic multi-stage rocket
Nitrous:
This system has also been very useful for high speed ejection seats, And I've fitted it onto my Upc stencil whatsitname seat.
Oh,
Also I've begun testing something...
@Pilothouston5 uhhhhhhhhuummm...
Its been two years when harrier
When are the planes coming?
Tag me on the Harrier and the Prowler @Destroyerz117
Okay thanks!@Destroyerz117
@Jerba I haven't posted it just yet, I'll tag you when i do!
Can I get a link to that rocket?
Language @Destroyerz117
@ChisP f9 gets rid of hud, also while paused you can move the pan the camera with right click, glad you're looking forward too the builds!
Btw how did you get rid of the sp hud
That harrier is amazing love it. “Things just got a little harrier.” @AndrewGarrison
I’ve been waiting for a good prowler for a while I’m glad to see it it’s one of my favorite older naval ground attack aircraft
that harrier will get front cover................................................... In an hour
that last pic.....why do I get a...... GOTTA GO BACK IN TIME vibe?
Tag me on the prowler and harrier
Nah no need, but thank you. Look forward to the harrier!
@Destroyerz117
@CoolPeach you bet, I'm planning on uploading the one I've made now
can give you a link if you'd like?
Hey btw @Destroyerz117, I really like the system you have for your ejection seats, is it alright if I use a similar system for my next project?
Btw @BogdanX have you noticed there differences? In late on figuring this out so I was just asking. If both planes are replicas of course they look the same! Common sense to me at least... :/

@BogdanX who the heck cares if it was inspired or not. It's pretty common and logical solution to building the front of a Harrier.
In fact, I've never downloaded or flown a single one of your planes, and if I were to build a Harrier, I would have built it like that.
@Destroyerz117 As for you, all of these look amazing! Tag me on the AG-65 Maverick, and the MK.82 Snakeye, I also love the way you've done the DeLorean Time-Traveler, does it actually time travel if you go 88mph? ;)
@BogdanX dude calm down, you may be a "veteran player" but there's no need to get this worked up if Destroyerz117's Harrier has similar characteristics to that of yours. So what if both designs have a fuselage inlet for the canopy, and the same mistakes were made? Instead of seeing it as copying, (even though Tully2001 literally confirmed that it's not a copy) how about you acknowledge it as two great minds who think alike, and think the same way too, if you are as great of a mind as you believe. I respect you as an amazing Platinum User, but with great skill, comes even greater respect to those who don't always agree with you.
Here’s your 50th upvote ;D
@Destroyerz117 Everything looks stunning!can't wait to fly that harrier!
