Yea I was going to say what exosuit did.
The easiest form of "stealth" is to detach a large number of part for the game to think you've critically damaged
.
It will count as you losing in dogfight though

The thing is that the missiles target the flares and if the flares go the speed of sound the missiles wont have anything to target and you're dead.
@Bearclaw189 I mean you can send it with a lot of force but then it isn't effective at all.....

You can change the ammo.
You can not change the input on countermeasures.
You can't make them invincible either.
@exosuit yes there is ag input
Setting 'ammo' for the flares in xml to a really high number can give you the closest to unlimited flares. As for the other two I don't believe that's possible.
Set ammo to whatever number you want

You can't make flare invisible, and i think there's an AG input somewhere
