Paneling is the use of individual geometric shapes and fine tuning (part transform tool) to create a (hollow) shape. Recommend to use fuselage parts for paneling. You don't have to have a pc to panel, as it can be done using any device. It requires patience and maybe skill to do. If mastered, you can create crazy realistic builds. Uses include bomb bay, custom cockpit, realistic inlets, etc. @XxMegamonsterxX
