With the might of the halcyon armed forces and it’s faithful ally, the president of PSP has signed a treaty. The treaty read that psp will dissolve it’s government and military and be a state of the Federal Republic of Halcyon. The treaty also states that the psp state will continue to pay its previous debts towards halcyon in forms of increased tax percentage for anyone who was lives in the halcyon state of psp and was previously a citizen of PSP.
