So here's my scenario:
I'm trying to pair a wireless controller (An EVO VR MI-VG010) I got from a second hand store. It's not been paired with my Samsung J3 before. It shows up in my "Available Devices" list. When I click on it to pair it, it eventually says "Failed to connect to EVO VG010". Any idea's as to how I can fix This?
A SECOND-HAND store? Yeah, I would return it before I even bought it.

The only bluetooth device you should be using is a keyboard.
