"The 17th of June 2297 was certainly a weird day. During a routine Oort cloud patrol we detected a unique shape. We ended up sending in a drone to get photographs, apparently showing a wrecked aircraft, somehow in the Oort Cloud. of our crewmen, Virgil, attempted research on the craft, whilst the drone attempted to find markings. We later moved in, with the mysterious craft placed in our hangar. We found strong traces of Thorium as well as some plutonium on board, as well as a body. The body itself was starting to decompose but we found a tag on his suit. It read "J Schlitt, test pilot". In the cockpit we found displays, which booted up after being supplied with electricity, showing a status. "FTL damaged, Wings severely damaged, engines severely damaged". Finally, on a plate within the nosecone, we found a builders message. "Nosecone Bertha No.764", as well as a designation for the wreck itself "P-4". Finally Virgil got back to us from the server room with info on P-4, stating that it was a prototype last detected in the Oort Cloud, as well as being launched on April 23rd 2020 for that trip. With data from P-4's internal computers, we've pieced together the aircraft's life and career.

2015: Aircraft built and first flown June 22nd
2016: Incident report B3-1, August 18. Aircraft collided with bridge, loosing 2 fuselages and narrowly avoiding a crash.
2017: Febuary 2nd, P-4 placed on transaltlantic cargo route with B2's 42, 69, 103, 173 & B4's 163, 621, 666, 682, 610.
2019: July 4th, P-4 chosen for experimental FTL test #1. preparations started including carrier tests With USS Beast
2020: January 6th, Aircraft is mated with FTL engine #1.
March 30, P-4 is loaded onto USS Leviathan to avoid damage.
April 10, P-4 given 1 last flight at sublight.
April 23rd, P-4 flown to exactly 45'000ft before FTL is engaged. FTL unit is used for approximately 19 seconds at 95X speed of light.
July 27, last transmission from P-4 received approximately 75 days after launch.

The aircraft is scheduled to be returned to Earth and placed on display in a glass vacuum chamber, with J. Schlitt being returned to Earth and being given an official state funeral. They said she wouldn't be seen again in the past. They were wrong."
