This is his letter of intent:
Roleplays, while they are a great media to emulate the real world for people to play, the the moderation team is what dictates whether a roleplay can last or not. The first usage of "war moderators" are in the now 3 years old Command&Conquer roleplay established by Skrilleclipse, and the so called spiritual successor, SPRP20XX series. A war moderator, like it's name, dictates whether one's action can be deemed as 'canon'. A war moderator must have the knowledge of both the location, and the equipment which both sides are using against each other, which is what often ignored by many other roleplays. Not only that, a moderator must have knowledge of the roleplay itself. For example, the first few seasons (1-3) of the Command&Conquer roleplay tells the story of a prolonged war between Paternia and it's allies, and the Sultanate of Awwam. The world is set in a 2040-2090 scenario, so there will be exceptions regarding to certain technical advancements. However, in the scenario of year 2019, the technological advancements are strictly limited to said year. Going back to my skills, which are examining designs, there are currently only three roleplays where the capabilities of a vehicle made by players must be proportional with what it's made ; the former Command &Conquer roleplay, the SPRP20XX series, and Strikefighter04's SLRP. One's build must be proportional with it's capabilities in order to make the roleplay imbalanced, as there are no such things as balance in warfare. The new players will be forced to either A. Buy their equipments from more technologically advanced countries, or B. Develop their own in collaboration with technogically advanced countries. With this method, trading is highly encouraged, and whoever decided to isolate themselves (like in most RP do), they will become obsolete.
@DeidaraEnterprises
@Exosuit your 300-word letter didn't entirely explain why you are qualified for the job, although your skillset does.
@DeidaraEnterprises you're in trouble... application-speaking, of course.
Sorry to say it, but I agree to disagree. I want to really dig in there, so to speak, and find the best, even if this website isn't on the highlights list.
However, I WILL modify the form so that people can sign up without getting confused. So far, only you and Jacobson have submitted.
@Strucker
And that’s the issue, your aim is to get someone qualified, and this isn’t the best website for that, if you do, then tell me who it is. I’ll see how they fare with your expectations. And most importantly I’ll see if they don’t abuse it, but as it stands, nobody would seem to have what you want. I’m saying this not because I want to be a mod, just because it’s seemingly pointless. Everyone I selected as a mod for me didn’t do anything wrong, only one exception, however it wasn’t stated in rules. I’m no expert but I doubt the people here have moderation experience because this site is yet another thing that’s wrong in general, everyone here makes mistakes, only the mods have the experience you want. Also, if you want to ask someone about something, instead of using a synonym nobody actually knows, just ask the simple way, there’s no point in asking in a way that just makes you go “what the hell is that?”. I did it, and I have yet to understand, something tells me you won’t listen though, if someone were to make a form like this for a high rank on another site then I wouldn’t care. But the questions are just ridiculous. As Jacobson said, if I wanted to write a 300 word MLA Essay I’d go to an English class. This is the internet, you can find people on other places, but this site is not the place to have an application to a discord server that holds almost no importance to other things they could be doing. I’d rather not be involved if this is way you continue with the god forsaken forms you make. I’m not angry, I’m explaining in a way, to tell you, I simply disagree with the way you’re dealing with this. I asked a friend if they knew what “Tact” was and they had no idea. If that’s the case I doubt anyone without any sense wouldn’t know what it was. And guess what, this site is full of people without sense. And you know what, I’ve done better at explaining this than a 300 word essay of why I should have a job, simply because it’s not as ridiculous. Guess what? I spent around 13 minutes typing this.
@Jim1the1Squid
@Strucker I made it specific to find the best people for the job. I need to find the best, most qualified people so that when there's a problem, the mod doesn't go and deal out an unreasonable punishment or bans people from the RLRP unnecessarily.
No, it’s just the most irritating thing to try and answer, because it’s so specific, especially the quiz you selected. Why even do a quiz? It’s restricting. People do not agree with some things alright? This time I don’t know what’s going through your mind to make a quiz so specific. I don’t know my skills, I don’t know anything it appears. The questions are so focused on the whole point you’ve seemed to have completely ignored the fact that some people don’t know any of these things. If I were to know them, and they didn’t seem so god damn obscured, I wouldn’t be telling you this. Is it possible for you to re-think your application to be more suiting for a bunch of people ranging from the minimum age to above? Also I am able to go on and on. If something like this seems appropriate for a role on simpleplanes then I’ve been living under a rock then huh?
Sorry if this seems harsh, someone needs to tell you.

@DeidaraEnterprises
@Jim1the1Squid oh? What kind of trouble?
I see...
@exosuit
@Jim1the1Squid actually i did in the form of second and third point
@Exosuit your 300-word letter didn't entirely explain why you are qualified for the job, although your skillset does.
@DeidaraEnterprises you're in trouble... application-speaking, of course.
Yes. Please.
@DeidaraEnterprises
@Jim1the1Squid well, we can slide that aside.
.
For now.
Even though were not the best of pals in the SLRP...
@DeidaraEnterprises
@Jim1the1Squid thank you.
Yours catches my eye.
@DeidaraEnterprises you might come out on top if there are no more applications.
Yes, please do, before my head explodes. XD
@Strucker
Thank you for reconsidering.
I shall take my leave.

I would join, however, it believe that dealing with moderating a discord would just be too much @Jim1the1Squid
I think I will pass @Jim1the1Squid
Idk I’d have to get discord and tbh I’m lazy and not on so much. Thanks for the opportunity though.
@Jim1the1Squid ok

@Jim1the1Squid
Is that an insult?
@Strucker
Yeah no kidding, that application is the most B.S Simpleplanes thing I’ve seen so far. Idk what you expect from people.
@Jim1the1Squid
@Strucker You own the UK, and TBH it's not looking very bright for you.
@Nerfaddict this is of you WANT to, not HAVE to.
