Today when building my new jet airliner I put a hollow fuselage on its jet engines. The game told me that engines aren't getting enough air. This is a nonsense because a hollow fuselage is hollow, and it doesn't block air.

Idk what to say then @NsNidPL
@CRJ900Pilot yes, but this kills realism, and in my opinion it should be fixed
While it may look hollow, it acts the same way a fuselage block does. The hollow block is basically the same thing as the fuselage block, just with a visual change. To fix your problem, I would put a fuselage inlet on top of your plane and then nudge it inside the planes body.
What I sometimes do is make the very tip of my plane a fuselage inlet like this
Download and look at the very tip
