Fleet Exercises

The Saltwater Navy has taken part in a number of fleet exercises alongside the Warburg Navy. Nine vessels are currently deployed for Exercise Blackstone in Warburg, including two Devestator-class guided missile destroyers, one Vengeance-class aircraft cruiser and multiple Scorpion-class torpedo boats.

Cavalier's Charge

The SWS Cavalier, along with a minesweeper, has taken over from the SWS Brimstone as the Deutschland liaison vessel. This is because the SWS Cavalier does not require escorting by a carrier battle group like the SWS Brimstone, which will return to NovrdLisch with the Repulse Battle Squadron for a refit and be renamed SWS Chieftain.

The Dark Arrow has Landed.

In a series of trails the company of the SWS Euryalus has proven that the Vengeance-class destroyer is capable of operating a single Dark Arrow heavy attack fighter during an emergency. The aircraft slowed to 60 mph, almost matching the destroyer's speed of 57 mph, to land of the vessel's extended rear deck. After twenty minutes the aircraft then took off using RATOG and returned to NovrdLisch Aerodrome.
