Unless jundroo is adding proper light parts for night flight, we can only use bacon lights. But they're don't flash ground in front of aircraft. Someone needs to make a lights mod for v1.8 for better experience at night before jundroo is officially add a light parts.
@Gestour I tested it with 1.8 updated version. It works perfectly fine. I will use this mod before jundroo is release light parts.

It has been updated for 1.8.
@Minecraftpoweer but when i test the lights mod after 1.8 update, it seems the texture is broken.
