Plane Requirements
- XML modded engines and fuel tanks are NOT allowed
- Max Part Count: 17
- Max Length: 20 meters
- Max Wingspan: 20 meters
- Max Height: 10 meters
- Must be an original (ie - not a predecessor of another player's plane)
- No weapons
- Activation Group 8 will never activate
- Time Limit: 3 minutes

@AndrewGarrison when will the next tournament be?
There aren't any current AI car races that I know of, so I'd say it'll be a while before we have a race on that. Your entry can't have a predecessor from another user, but if it's predecessor is from you it's completely fine. (first part was my opinion only!)@HbElmo
Can you make a car race tournament? By the way, what if the predecessor of your plane is one of your own creations? Is that breaking the rules?
