I've changed settings and gotten rid of the eye explosion of white from the last ReShade video. I think it's good enough that you can try it out yourself.

How to Install Reshade:
1) Download the latest version from here.
2) Open the installer
3) Select Simpleplanes
4) Choose DX10/11/12
5) Install the first 8 shaderpacks (you can get more if you want)
6) Put my settings file in your Simpleplanes folder (not the appdata one, but the one in steam). You will know if you got the right one if you see the reshade folders in there
7) Open SP, if you did it right there will be a built-in reshade tutorial. Follow it and then open my preset file. The big thing you can adjust is the blur - normally I wouldn't use it much unless you were going for a cockpit view, then you could have more of the blur. The blur component is the very last one
8) Have fun, and comment any changes etc. you would like to the reshade pack
TIP: Home opens the Reshade menu.
I have seen some suspiciously blurry builds on this site. Make sure to use a respectable amount, not one that leaves the figure of the plane to our imagination
"Core" GIS Components
I believe these settings synergize with the GIS mods pretty well, but there are also many other effects as well such as vignette for a more cinematic experience. If you are using these with GIS mods and would like a GPU break or removal of cinematic effects, the most important effects to bring out the GIS map textures are the two sharpen effects and the HDR effect.
BEFORE YOU SUE ME
Let's say you make a doo doo and accidentally instal the DX9 or Vulkan drivers instead of DX10/11/12 like you were supposed to. SP will not run. The uninstall is easy. Open up the installer again ,click SP, and click the incorrect graphics version that you installed. Then it will prompt you if you want to uninstall it.

Blur Multiplier: 0-5 (the higher the more blurry)
Samples: 32 (resource intensive for smaller computers)

The map used is Annapurna, the flagship of my mods. This pack hopes to increase the detail and effects of these maps.
