personally helis with gyro's are harder to fly than normal helicopters, everytime you bank or pitch down it tries to right itself up all the time and it also means you can't do crazy maneuvers with it because it's basically a heli with "baby" safe mode on it
Gyroless helicopter wasn't hard to land or it keeps hovering 25+ mph around. It's about tuning the rotor. After all, the helicopter main rotor parts already has gyroscopic stabilization that keep the body stable without real gyro part.
nice!
@Bluenose i might offend someone
Why is smart censored@rexzion
@WolfSpark im sm*rt
The music is everything, that’s what I’ve learned@WolfSpark
Came for curiosity, stayed for the music
Also the comment under me (rex) is actually intelligent.

@Bluenose hey next idea having Thrust Vector on a ww2 plane but having jets
Yeah I’ve built em too, quite fun to fly, I just use gyroscopes so i don’t have to worry about balance@urbanculture
I made a gyroless helicopter, it wasn't hard to control. I have no idea why you guys always use gyros, it's possible to make a heli without one.
That wasn't so bad was it?
@Bluenose I see. Also add angled fuselage on the tail to prevent the rotor hit ground.
I also landed on an incline, I got a little twitchy with the controls@Monday
Yeah@Monday
